摘 要

本设计题目为贤村桥2号预应力混凝土连续梁桥,该桥位于京福高速公路泰安至曲阜段,桥梁跨径布置为24+26+24m,双向四车道,上部结构采用先简支后连续的预应力混凝土连续T型梁桥。简支转连续是桥梁施工中较为常见的一种方法,该施工方法的主要特点是施工方法简单可行,施工质量可靠,实现了桥梁施工的工厂化、标准化和装配化。目前随着高等公路的发展,为改善桥梁行车的舒适性,简支转连续梁桥在中、小跨径的连续梁桥中得到了广泛地应用。

在设计过程中,综合考虑了材料以及结构的强度、刚度、稳定性,还注意到了混凝土强度以及钢筋等级及其性能。使本桥梁设计兼具简支梁的经济易施工特点和连续梁的结构稳定、受力状态好的优点,是值得推广和使用的一种有效梁跨方式。

本设计参阅了很多相关设计及规范,也采用了一些既有设计成果,使得设计具有一定的实践性,同时也采用了MIDAS来计算桥梁结构内力,节约了设计时间,设计过程中得到指导老师的悉心指导及帮助,使我的设计事半工倍,在此对设计界的前辈及指导老师表示衷心的感谢!

由于设计时间仓促,加上本人经验有限,设计中难免会有许多不足或缺点,请大家提出宝贵意见及建议。

Abstract

The design entitled Juxian Village, Bridge 2, prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge, the bridge is located in Jingfu Expressway Tai'an to Qufu section, bridge span arrangement for the 24 +26 +24 m, two-way four-lane, the upper structure with simply supported Continuous prestressed concrete continuous T-beam bridge. Simply supported continuous construction of the bridge a more common method of construction, the main features of the construction method is simple and feasible, the construction quality, the factory realized the bridge construction, and assembly of standardization. With the current the small span continuous bridge widely applied.

In the design process, considering the material and structural strength, stiffness, stability, and also noted the strength of reinforced concrete and its performance levels. So that both the simple beam bridge design and easy construction of the economic characteristics and the continuous beam structural stability, good mechanical advantage of the state, is worthy of promotion and use of an effective cross-beam method.

See a lot of the design specifications related to design and also used some existing design results, making the design time, the design process by guiding the teacher Careful guidance and work the design of the older generation and to express my sincere thanks to the instructor!

Because of the design time constraints, coupled with my limited experience, inevitably, there are many deficiencies in the design or fault, we made valuable comments and suggestions.
