制造执行系统MES在水泥行业中的应用

摘 要：制造执行系统MES是位于企业上层企业资源计划ERP和底层设备自动控制系统PCS之间，面向车间层的生产管理技术与实时信息系统。对现阶段自动化现状及水泥生产流程特点做了简要阐述及分析，提出一种面向水泥行业制造执行系统的体系结构， 分析了相关子系统的功能，并以设备管理子系统为例，选用C/S三层体系结构，具体讨论了其实现过程。 关键词：制造执行系统；体系结构；水泥行业； C/S设备管理 中图分类号：TP2 文献标识码：A Application of MES in Cement Industry SUN Li

Abstract：Manufacturing Executive System（MES） is the production management technology and the real-time information system of the workshop layer witch lies between enterprise resource planning（ERP）and process control system（PCS）. Reviewing briefly the status of automation and process flow in China’s cement businesses， the paper presents architecture of MES for cement industry and analyses the related subsystems’ function. Moreover， by the way of the three - tier Client/Server architecture， taking equipment management subsystem as an example is discussed its realization in detail.
