摘要

本论文的题目为：XXX项目XX号楼招标文件编制。本工程位于湖北路以北，和平路以南。

本工程为地上十一层，地下一层的高层住宅楼，剪力墙结构，建筑控制高度为31.25m（室外地面至主体屋面），建筑总面积7256.73㎡，地下室面积630.71m2，共三单元，一梯两户。屋面防水等级为二级，地下室防水等级二级，耐火等级为二级，地下室耐火等级为二级。

本工程为二类高层建筑，耐火等级为二级，地下室耐火等级为二级，结构设计使用年限为50年，抗震设防烈度为七度。

本论文主要内容包括了七个章节：投标须知及投标须知前附表、建设工程施工合同、工程建设标准、工程量清单、投标文件格式、招标控制价。为了及时建立投资建设项目的使用价值，保障投资建设项目获得最大投资效益，此工程采用公开招标，工程量清单综合单价招标的方式。为了便于投标人进行投标，在编制招标文件过程中已经特别注意将有关工程实际的工程概况，工程量清单项等内容编写详实，尽量细化了安全生产要求等以后可能会导致大的经济或责任纠纷的事项，为此次项目的工程造价提供了详细的依据。

Abstract

This thesis topic: the xxx project of xxx building no. xx of the tender documents. This project is located in north of hubei road, south of HePingLu.

This engineering is the ground level 11, underground layer of the high-rise residential building, the shear wall structure, building control height of 31.25 m (the ground outside subject to the roof), a total construction area of 7256.73 ㎡, the basement area of 630.71 m2, a total of three units, the two families a ladder. Waterproofing roof level to level 2, the basement waterproof grade level 2, fireproof grade for the second, the basement refractory level for level 2.
