摘 要

连铸即为连续铸钢的简称。在钢铁厂生产各类钢铁产品过程中,使用钢水凝固成型有两种方法:传统的模铸法和连续铸钢法。而在二十世纪五十年代在欧美国家出现的连铸技术是一项把钢水直接浇注成形的先进技术,连铸技术具有大幅提高金属收得率和铸坯质量,节约能源等显著优势。本文主要介绍了方坯连铸机的优越性以及发展状况,并对方坯连铸拉矫设备的种类进行了描述。本文主要的研究对象是方坯连铸机拉矫机,如果要确定其工艺参数,必须要先确定方坯连铸机在工作过程中的相关工艺参数,因此本文首先研究了方坯连铸机的相关工艺参数。在确定了方坯连铸机的相关参数后,为接下来研究拉矫设备提供了许多理论依据。

对于方坯连铸拉矫设备的研究主要是根据连铸设备中的各部分所受的力以及拉矫机在工作过程中的力能参数,对其进行结构设计,对主要的零部件进行受力分析和强度计算校核,并针对原设备制造、维护方面的薄弱环节加以改进。 关键词:连续铸造 拉矫机 强度计算 校核

ABSTRACT

Continuous casting machine. After determining the relative parameters of billet continuous casting machine, it provides a lot of theoretical basis for the study of the tension leveling equipment.. casting method and continuous casting method.. Continuous casting technology of appeared in the fifties of the 20th century in Europe and the United States is a directly pouring molten steel forming of advanced technology, continuous casting technology has a substantial increase in the metal yield and quality of casting billet, energy conservation, a significant advantage. This paper mainly introduces the advantages and development of the billet continuous casting machine, and describes the type of the billet continuous casting equipment.. In this paper, the main research object is square billet continuous casting machine straightening machine, if you want to determine the process parameters must be to determine the billet continuous casting machine in working process parameters. Therefore, this paper studies the relevant technological parameters of billet continuous casting machine. After determining the relative parameters of billet continuous casting machine, it provides a lot of theoretical basis for the study of the tension leveling equipment.

For billet continuous casting straightening equipment research is mainly according to the parts of continuous casting equipment by force and straightening machine in working process of force energy parameters, the structure design and of the main parts for force analysis and strength calculation, and the original equipment manufacture, maintenance of weak links to be improved.
