摘要

本次设计内容为上城俪园住宅小区2号楼电气设计。上城俪园住宅小区2号楼为18层高层住宅建筑,每层四个单元,一梯三户,地下层为配电室和仓库,机房及水箱间设于顶层。建筑面积8586平方米。该楼强电系统包括低压供配电系统、照明系统、插座系统和防雷接地系统。弱电系统包括电话及网络宽带系统和可视对讲系统。

本工程地下层设低压配电室,由就近变电所引来两路380/220V低压电源,一用一备。低压供配电系统主要设计供配电方式,并按照负荷计算要求确定电线电缆及其敷设方式。照明系统主要通过照度计算,选择灯具并确定导线型号及其敷设方式。插座系统的设计是根据每个房间可能有的家用电器来确定插座选型、数量和安装位置等。防雷与接地系统主要设计屋顶防雷、防侧击雷,以及接地保护。弱电方面主要包括用户分配系统设置。

总体而言,此建筑的设计方案既符合了建筑本身的层次,又满足了当代住宅对配电系统的基本要求,是一套经济性较强的设计方案。

Abstract

The content of this design is the International shangcheng Block Ⅰ electrical design, which has one unit that contain three households in each floor. It totally has 18 floors. There is a switch house down the basement, along with a warehouse. The machine room and the water tank room are placed on the top of the building, the total floor space is 8586 square meters. The strong electrical system of this building consists of low-voltage power supply and distribution system, Lighting system, Socket system, Lightning protection and grounding system. The weak electrical system consists of telephone and computer network system and visible talk-back system.

Two low-voltage powers, 380/220v respectively, are conducted from nearest substation to the low voltage distribution room laid down beneath the earth, one for current use, one for backup. The power supply and distribution system focuses on the working type which decides the means of wiring according to the criteria of loading; and the illumination system according to illuminance; the socket system, the quantity and location of the apparatus; the lightning protection and grounding system, the roof and flank lightning protection,ground contact protection; the weak electrical system, the assignment system design.

Overall, the power distribution design proposal of this construction is economy, as it has conformed to the rank of the construction, and at the same time it has satisfied the contemporary housing to electrical power distribution system's essential requirements.
