电子商务环境下专业物流公司的发展

由于电子商务环境的成熟与电子商务公司的蓬勃发展，通过因特网为媒介的交易方式将成为未来销售商品的主要方式之一，但实体商品的销售仍需借由物流配送机能，方能送达顾客手上。由此，刺激了对专业物流公司的需求。由于电子商务的交易方式对实体物流配送效率的需求远高于传统交易，因此电子商务公司对物流配送机能更加重视。专业物流公司在电子商务对物流配送效率需求的冲击下，应如何调整作业流程,应如何利用网络技术建构电子商务环境以利公司的未来发展，提高公司价值,是否能更具效率地处理其配运业务与抑减相关成本支出。

本研究首先探讨专业物流公司对网络技术的应用及如何进行管理变革，接着分析电子商务环境给专业物流公司所带来的效益，最后为专业物流公司的未来发展提供对策建议。

研究结果指出，网络化环境为专业物流公司必行的决策，应用信息技术，网络技术与自动化设备将为专业物流公司带来得效益有：即时有用的信息、抑减人力成本、减少错误与遗漏、无纸化环境、有效的储位控制、良好的存货控管以及即时正确的会计记录与报表；电子商务公司将物流配送委由专业物流公司处理后，电子商务公司就可专注于提供顾客满意的产品、丰富网站内容及做好顾客管理；而专业物流公司在接受电子商务的委托后，就可利用其规模优势顾客更迅速地取得所购的商品。

Transactions through Internet will be the main way for business in the future. Substantial sales still depend on the distribution function of logistic. Therefore, this stimulates the demand of logistics company. Because the requirement of distribution from E-Commerce is higher than traditional, The E-Commerce company will pay more attention to logistics.

This study first discuss how logistics company make use of network to change management, and the analyze the benefit, finally present advice to logistics company for future progress.

The results of this study are as followed: First, the network environment is necessary for logistics company. Second, the use of information technology, network skills and automation, reduced labor cost, cut down mistake and omission, no paper environment, effective store control ,

Well inventory control and on time, correct accounting records and statements. Third, E-Commerce corporations entrust the logistic distribution to logistics company, and E-Commerce corporations can make use of scale advantage to help customer receive goods more quickly.
