一、工程概况

蒙城县2104年“两区”二期道排项目施工工程共有箱涵一座,为纬一路马沟涵,本箱涵为4.0X2.5m的三孔箱涵,中心桩号为K0+610,箱涵中心线为道路中心线交角为86.136°,涵长13.95m,采用整体式钢筋混凝土涵身,扶壁式挡土墙翼墙,单箱涵净宽4.0米,净高2.5米,顶板厚度34cm,腹板厚3.2m,涵身混凝土为C30现浇混凝土,涵洞及挡墙基础下铺设10cm厚素C20混凝土垫层。

三、箱涵涵身施工工艺流程

五、箱涵涵身施工要点

1、编制依据

①施工图设计文件及地勘报告。

②国家有关的政策、法规、施工验收规范和工程建设标准强制性条文(城市建设部分),以及现行有关施工技术规范、标准等。

③《公路桥涵设计规范》; ④《公路桥涵施工技术规范》; ⑤《公路桥涵施工手册》;

⑥《建筑施工模板安全技术规范》JGJ162-2008; 2、测量放样

箱涵测量放样时,应注意核对箱涵纵横轴线的地形剖面图是否与设计图相符,应注意箱涵长度、箱涵标高的正确性。对斜交箱涵、曲线上和陡坡上箱涵,应考虑交角、加宽、超高和纵坡对箱涵具体位置、尺寸的影响,并注意锥坡、翼墙、一字墙和箱涵墙身顶部和上下游调治构造物的位置、方向、长度、高度、坡度,使之符合技术要求。

3、C20砼垫层

10cm的砼垫层砼采用商品砼,商品砼采用搅拌车运至现场模浇注,振捣密实,采用覆盖土工布浇水保湿养护;

5、箱涵涵身施工

箱涵涵身竖向施工施工分2个阶段,第一阶段浇筑至底板内壁以上30cm;第二阶段浇筑剩余部分,2次浇筑的接缝应保证有良好的衔接面(粗糙、干净并不得有堆落的混凝土和砂浆)。

(1)模板安装前,应由测量放出承台和腹板的边线和中轴线,并用墨斗弹出边、轴墨线,放样后经监理检查,合格后安装模板;

(2)箱涵顶板底模、腹板侧模采用12mm、15mm厚木胶合板做面板,箱涵腹板模板支撑体系内楞采用5cm×10cm方木,间距20cm、外楞采用Φ48×3.0mm及Φ14对拉螺栓,间距40
