3、楼地面：地下室1：2.5水泥沙浆抹面压实抹光，卫生间厨房面层贴300*300防滑地面砖，高分子聚合物水泥复合防水涂料；
4、屋面：斜屋面机制水泥瓦30*40挂瓦条、高分子聚合物水泥复合防水涂料； 5、门窗：入户门为防盗门（市购），卫生间门为PVC门，内门为红榉贴面夹板门(市购)地下室及楼梯间外窗单玻璃白色塑钢窗，其余外窗均采用双玻白色塑钢窗（带纱窗）； 6、内墙粉刷：厨房、卫生间贴内墙釉面瓷砖；其余房间水泥石灰砂浆罩面压实抹光； 7、外墙：水泥砂浆抹面，外刷乳胶漆。 (二)工程施工特点：
该工程为框架结构，场地地势平坦，该工程基础工作量大，为保证后期工程顺利进行，在基础施工期间，我们将按排足够的机械和施工人员，集中精力，使基础尽快完成。为保证后期工程施工进度，考虑到干燥后方能保证质量，因此内抹灰时间尽量提前。所以，确定内抹灰与主体施工穿插进行，即主体采用一至三层、四层、五层分段验收，填充墙与主体穿插由下而上，填充墙砌体砂浆达到设计标号后方可进行抹灰，越靠底层则所需干燥时间越长。因此内抹灰由上向下进行，可使较难干燥的下部几层气温较高时有充分的干燥时间。为确保刷乳胶漆质量，确定将内抹灰干燥时间延长。主体施工时，此工程分为东西两个施工段，工序之间进行流水作业，穿插进行，此间，楼地面穿插进行，水、电、暖全面展开，配合土建进行。 第三章 施工质量保证措施 一、质量保证措施
根据公司质量标准要求，本工程所有分部分项工程合格率保证100％，定点优良率保证80％，其中主体和装饰部分必须优良，为达到这一目标，特制定质量保证措施如下：
1、提高质量标准，实行目标管理。为了确保工程质量，达到优中取胜的目的，确定将土建中实测标准，按现行工程标准，提出高一个档次，取为原允许值的1／2。
2、开展班组QC活动，根据优良工程中，主体、地面和装饰部分必须优良的要求，决定在砌筑、浇砼、楼地面、墙面、门窗安装、刮瓷等分项工程中，以各施工班组为基础，成立QC小组，设组长一名全面开展Qc活动，以一单元为一个循环，其中砌筑、抹灰等分项以个人单独记录，考核个人成果，QC活动的记录，作为班组质量自检评定依据必须实事求是，活动成

5、坚持\三检\制度，严格工序交接制度，对工程质量实行\自检、互检、工序交接检\是我公司一直坚持的检查制度，本工序不合格不下转，上道工序不合格不接收，并填写[工序交接卡]。 隐蔽工程由施工、建设单位共同验收，填写[隐蔽工程验收记录]，验收各方签字盖章．凡属隐蔽工程必须首先办理隐蔽手续；建设建设单位和监理单位方可签字后，方可进行下道工序施工。

由项目部核技术资料员负责工程技术资料的整理、归档，要做到准确、及时、齐全有效，真实全面的体观工程的质量情况，这是保证工作造优目标实观的重要一环。 9、实现经济杠杆，严格奖罚制度。
我公司对项目技术人员实行竞争上岗；工程质量的好与项目经理的经济利益挂钩，实行工程质量一票否决权，奖优罚劣，重奖重罚，实行内部优质优价，并及对兑现，这能提高施工人员的责任心，创优，更能保证整个工程创优目标的实现。
10、尊重和服从质监站、建设单位、监理单位检查。对提出的问题，认真及时地加以整改。 二、保证建筑标高、轴线、外形尺寸、门窗等协调一致措施： 1、标高控制：
在工程开工前甲乙双方必须将标高交接清楚，并办理手续，施工后引+0.00标高时，必须由技术质检人员复查无误后才能使用。
在清槽时，每隔5M用小木桩抄出-1.00M的水平标高，确保基底标高准确。 2、轴线、外形尺寸控制：
(1)定位桩必须由甲、乙双方有关人员共同进行复核，无误后在桩四周浇筑砼进行保护，基础顶面放线必须一次完成，基础施工完毕后应将轴线引到地墙上。
