（3）与中国石化建立了“CCS-SINOPEC化学成就奖”；与英国皇家化学会创办了CCS-RSC青年科学家奖。表彰优秀的化学家和杰出青年。
在项目中提出“试点建立中国化学会驻地方代表机构，直接发展会员”。明确了代表处定位、作用。目前3个地方学会申请，代表处有待落实；建立海外联系机构，发展留学人员为会员，也在实施中。
改革创新试点项目，由中国科协、民政部等部门组成专家组，对承担项目的23个全国学会进行了中期检查和评估，我会获得专家组第二名和互评第一名的成绩。

我会承担中国科协项目7项。其中，已完成的项目3项，分别为“精品期刊国际推广展览项目”、“学术会议计算机网络管理系统开发” 、学术交流项目—“公共安全中的化学会议”。正在进行的项目4项，即：创新项目“会员发展与会员管理、服务”后期、“科学舆论平台的建设”、“科普专项‘化学美化生活’进社区、进军营”、咨询课题“化学品环境污染
