PANEL 2 INLINE HOCKEY单排轮滑球

THE SPORT, THE RULES 运动与规则

Inline Hockey is an active sport that can be played on many different surfaces (e.g. cement, plastic tiles , wood etc.).

轮滑球是一项很受欢迎的运动，可以在多种表面进行，如水泥地面，塑料砖面，木地板等。

Two teams of 5 players (4 floor players and a goalkeeper) face each other in a 50x25 meter rink (different sizes are allowed as long as the 1:2 ratio between sides is maintained) delimited by boards 120 centimeters high.

比赛双方各5名选手（4位场上选手，1位守门员），双方在长50米，宽25米的场地比赛（场地尺寸可不同，但需要保证长宽比为1:2），场地四周有1.2米高的围栏。

The aim of the game is to score more goals than the opponent during the match that consists in 2 periods of 20 min each.

A goal is scored when the puck, a rounded plastic and sliding disc, crosses the goal cage line.

The stick is a shaft made of wood (or other approved material), with a horizontal blade at one end that has different curves for right handed or left handed players. 轮滑球杆身为木质（或由其他经批准的材料制成），杆身一端有水平杆面，杆面弯曲结构不同，以便不同用手习惯的选手操作。 The floor players must wear the following protective gear: 场上选手必须身着以下防护用具： shin guards护胫 elbow pads护肘

The goalkeeper must wear a chest protector and a face mask. 守门员须身着护胸和面罩。

Skates have three or four wheels for the floor players and up to 5 wheels for the goalies.

Tactics, as for any team sport, plays a fundamental role, even though in Inline Hockey there is no off side.
