民营企业人力资源管理问题及对策研究 ——以上海日英鞋厂员工招聘管理为例的分析

摘 要

随着市场经济的深入发展,我国各行业的市场几个字不断加剧,企业人才竞争成为市场竞争的核心部分,加强企业人力资源管理效果对于企业综合发展十分重要。招聘制度是企业人力资源管理的基础与中心环节,对于企业人力资源管理的整个流程都有着较大的影响,需要加以关注。

本文研究沿着提出问题——分析问题——解决问题的思路,结合相关文献及案例,对上海日英鞋厂的员工招聘问题进行研究。本文研究结合案例分析法、数据分析法等,对以下内容进行研究:第一,介绍员工招聘的内容、流程及重要性,奠定全文研究的理论基础;第二,结合上海日英鞋厂的员工招聘现状,对其员工招聘制度进行介绍,奠定后文分析的实证基础;第三,分析在目前上海日英鞋厂的员工招聘中存在的缺陷,明确当前上海日英鞋厂员工招聘中招聘基础、招聘实施与招聘评估等存在不足的现实问题及其威胁。第四,针对导致上海日英鞋厂员工招聘缺陷,分析上海日英鞋厂员工招聘缺陷形成的主要原因,从企业的招聘计划不科学、招聘实施与招聘评估存在不足等角度进行分析;第五,针对限制上海日英鞋厂员工招聘效果的主要因素,制定针对性解决方案,通过完善企业招聘基础、改进招聘实施并改善招聘评估等,以期能够促进上海日英鞋厂员工招聘有效性的改进。
