摘 要 摘 要

医疗质量直接关系患者的生命,是医院的生存之本,是医院管理者必须长抓不懈的重要工作内容。由于每天医院接待病人数量十分庞大,同时不同患者病情、症状、需要对应的医护人员又不同,导致在没有合理的规范化、信息化的情况下医院根本无法满足所有患者的要求。如何合理的分配人员、简化各项信息录入的流程、减少患者等待时间从而降低医院的压力是一个十分迫切需要解决的问题。

本文考虑到乡镇门诊型的医院信息化管理的迫切需要,利用计算机软硬件技术、网络通信技术等现代化手段,专门为小型医院的整体运行建立了全面的、自动化的管理及各种服务的信息系统,为有效提高小型医院的医疗质量提供了有效可行信息化解决方案。具体为:通过对药库的研究建设,分析门诊医院的需求,经过系统概要设计、数据库设计等,编写完成小型门诊医院信息系统。

The quality of medical is directly related to the patient's life quality, which is the hospital's survival, and it is a important work of hospital that managers must grasp unremitting long. Because the number of patients that hospital recepts every day is very large, while patients with different disease, symptoms, medical staff and the corresponding need for different, resulting the hospital can’not meet all the requirements of the patients in the absence of a reasonable standardization, information technology case. How to allocation staff reasonably, streamline the flow of information input, reduce patient waiting time, and reduce the pressure on hospitals is a very urgent problem that needed to solve.

In this paper, considering the urgent needs of the hospital information management of the township and village clinics , using modern means such as computer software and hardware technology, network communication technology, this paper set up a comprehensive, automated management and all kinds of information service system for the overall operation of the hospital specifically, and provides a feasible and effective information technology solutions to improve the quality of medical care of small hospitals effectively. Specific as follows: based on the research of the drug storeroom construction, analysis the demand of the clinic, through summary system design, database design, etc., write complete small clinic information system.
