FOB 是指卖方在指定的装运港，将货物交至买方指定的船只上，或者指（中间销售商）设法获取按该种交付方式交付的货物。

我方得到通知，无法提前装运，只能延期到下个月

对于CIF合同，我方一般规定装运港为中国港口，这样便于在就近口岸装运。

如果争执双方通过谈判未能达成协议，则可提交仲裁

In case no settlement can be reached between the two party in dispute through negotiation,the case then can be submitted for arbitration.

我们必须在合同上加不可抗拒力条款，明确如果出现这种情况谁来承担损失。

We must add a Force Majeure clause in the contract to clearly specify who is to bear the losses under such circumstance.

买方对货物的索赔应在货物抵达目的港的30天内提出。

Claims to the goods by the buyer should be raised within 30days after the arrival of goods at the destination port.

如果你方要求提出索赔，需向我方提交一份由我方同意的检验机构出具的检验报告。

If you ar going to raise claim,you should hand in a survey report issued by a public surveyor approved by us.
