车备胎支架设计与制造

摘 要

自1886年世界上第一辆汽车诞生以来,经历115年进入了现在的21世纪。汽车的不断改进和汽车工业的不断发展,大大改善了人们的生活。汽车工业和汽车技术得以发展,离不开各国人民发挥各自的智慧和才能,是世界人民共同努力的结果。

备胎是备用的不频繁使用的轮胎,一般都是在应急时才显现,但是某些特定的时刻,备胎缺一不可。虽然与各大汽车部件比较备胎显得很普通,但作为汽车车身的一个附件,在日常生活中对汽车来说它的重要性是不容忽视的。

备胎支架作为固定备胎的装置,要求结构简单、轻便、安全,其质量可靠性至关重要。备胎支架的设计目的是实现备用胎固定,不会产生脱漏现象的同时,对车身整体受力和振动平衡影响减少到最小,且使支架的寿命达到最长,要求支架体的设计使备胎安装与拆卸方便,满足刚度和强度要求。

备胎支架在设计过程中可以选择安装的位置有很多,我们需要对安装在不同位置的支架进行研究,综合对比、论证设计出一套更加先进的方案。一般的备胎分为外挂式备胎、隐藏式备胎还有特殊的无备胎类型。

本方案利用链轮和带偏心轴设计一种备胎支架安装在车身底部,利用链传动和缩紧片的锁紧作用将备用胎固定在支架体上,利用手柄对轮胎的固定效果极佳,属于外挂式备胎的一种。设计成果备胎支架经实际生产使用,零件的尺寸和形状完全符合了使用要求。

Design and manufacture of car spare tire bracket

Since 1886, the world’s first car was born,115 years into the twenty-first Century now.Development of automobile of continuous improvement and automobile industry,has greatly improved the life of people.The automobile industry and the automobile technology development,cannot do without the people of all countries to play to their wisdom and talent,is the result of joint efforts of the people of the world.

The spare tire is not frequently used spare tire,are generally only appear in an emergency,but certain moments,spare tire are indispensable.Although compared with the parts of the car spare tire is very ordinary,but as an accessory of car body,in daily life,the importance of the car which can not be ignored.

The spare tire bracket as device fixed spare wheel,has the advantages of simple structure,portability,safety,quality reliability is essential.The design objective of the spare wheel mount is the spare tire fixed, not omission phenomenon at the same time, the whole body force and vibration balancing effect is reduced to a minimum, and to support the life is maximized, the design requirements of thebracket mounting and dismounting the spare tire easily, satisfy the stiffness and strength requirements.

There are a lot of spare wheel bracket can choose to install in the design process of the position,we need to conduct research in the different positions of the bracket installation,demonstration and design a set of more advanced programs.The spare tire is divided into external spare wheel,hidden spare tire and special no spare tire type.

The scheme with eccentric shaft design of a spare tire bracket at the underbody use sprocket and chain drive,using the locking function and tightening the tablets will spare tire is fixed to the bracket,the handle is fixed on the tire is excellent,one belongs to the external spare wheel.The design results of the spare wheel mount by actual production use,the size and shape of parts in full compliance with the requirements.
