Come and eat here 是 一篇围绕整个单元的中心话题healthy eating展开的叙事性的文章,主要讲述王鹏和庸慧开饭店的风格,经营不同菜肴以及顾客对不同食品的不同反响,反应现代人对饮食的关注和时尚追求。在第一篇阅读 come and eat here(1)中故事的尾声给读者留下了一个悬念:两个人的饭店会怎么样继续经营下去?在第二篇阅读 come and eat here(2)中作者继续上一篇阅读,讲述了两个饭店的发展和最终的结局。通过阅读丰富学生的饮食文化知识,教会他们如何改善饮食习惯,保持健康。 2. 1. Show two advertisements to students to let them choose one for me and explain why ,so
that they can review the disadvantages and advantages of the two restaurants in come and eat here(1).
2. Guess what will happen to the two restaurants and how the main characters’ will change by

快速阅读:跳读,查读,提高阅读速度的能力。因此我通过设计听,读后进行单选,判断正误,及回答问题的练习,不但要使学生理解文章内容,重要的是要让学生练习阅读方法,从而提高阅读速度。
